Group Incentives

Employee motivation is not a linear process.   Instead, it requires looking at the human equation in a multi-dimensional way.   This includes the recognition that people are by nature, community oriented, finding fulfillment & success as part of a larger whole.   Nowhere is this more true than in the workplace.

Safety Pays therefore attempts to approach the issue of workforce motivation from a number of different angles, including an appeal to the workers’ sense of group purpose and identity.   As the group develops momentum with greater safety consciousness, so do the group’s individual members – even those who might otherwise lag behind.
