This new Customer Support page is dedicated to our existing clients – especially those who have utilized the Safety Pays program over the 25 years between 1991 and 2016.

Due to OSHA’s late 2016 enhanced enforcement provisions significantly tightening-up injury reporting rules, we want to ensure that all of our customers have ready access to the many changes we’ve made to the Safety Pays formula in order to ensure full OSHA compliance.

This includes access (below) to PDF copies of the Safety Pays Administrative Guidelines as well as the game’s revised Rules & Regulations .   Moreover, our website’s new CUSTOMER SUPPORT  section provides any number of past game updates from past Customer Newsletters — with links available from the Upgrade Ideas section.

In addition, Safety Pays has created downloadable PDF fillable formats for all of the program’s administrative tools.   Just go to the Administrative Support section in CUSTOMER SUPPORT for a full menu of all of these new digitized game components

Most importantly, we urge all Safety Pays customers to thoroughly review the OSHA Compliance & Non-Reporting of Injury videos – with links provided below.   It’s crucial that your existing Safety Pays program incorporates all of the new OSHA safeguards these videos present.
