The game components include many useful tools to make adminstering Safety Pays easy. We include a Program Checklist to keep track of each game round, as well as a complete set of Administrative Guidelines for quick reference. Simple one-page Rules & Regulations are provided both as a color poster which hangs next to the Game Board as well as individual employee versions of the same rules as hand-outs.
However, the real secret of why Safety Pays is so user-friendly lies in how quickly the workforce "takes ownership" of the game, ensuring that everything occurs exactly when it's supposed to.
